Each 1 hour lesson will consist of an assessment of your progress through video footage, we will then decide on the key area(s) to work on with specific drill(s), followed by a review with key lesson bullet points added to your notes then emailed to you along with the lesson video footage, helping you to stay on track, allowing us over time to assess your progress.
